Once the presence of asbestos has been detected by the independent testing firm we send in to sample the air and detect the contaminant, our extensively trained and highly experienced technicians are dispatched on-site to begin the abatement process.
We establish a safe zone work area and employ negative pressure machines to ensure no further asbestos is allowed to escape into the air. We then begin the painstaking removal of all traces of asbestos, bagging and disposing of it per regulation at an off-site designated facility.
We then undertake the process of remediation wherein any exposed area is resealed, the entire zone thoroughly cleaned up with special HEPA-filtered equipment and the air re-tested before we declare the job done and allow the occupants back into the building which has become a safe environment.
