We set up negative air machines to make sure no asbestos escapes into the air as we scrape away the asbestos, bag it and remove it to a designated off-site facility.
Next, remediation begins. All areas we exposed are resealed with industrial shellac and the area painstaking cleaned with special equipment before the air is retested. If no asbestos shows, we then sign-off on the job and allow your tenants or family back in the building, safe in the knowledge that the danger from asbestos has been removed.
